Cottonwood Farm

Saturday we ventured to Crest Hill, Illinois to Seigel's Cottonwood Farm for their Pumpkin Fest.  It was a cold, breezy, fall day which while it was a welcomed change was a bit of a shock to the system.  Kate had a blast playing on and exploring all the fall themed activities.  We visited with our friends the Murphys and came home with lots of pumpkins, gourds, squash, and apples.  Even with Uncle Kevin along to help, it felt chaotic at best and we were only able to take a few pictures.  Hopefully we'll have a chance to enjoy more fall traditions with Kate in the weeks to come.
